Just outside the building there’s plenty of restaurants, cafés and clothes and grocery shopping. Easily accessible with metro, the closest station is only 3 min away.

オーナー : Johan Mandaric Reunanen
We're a family of three, Johan (45), Josefina (43) and Elma (6) who live on Sodermalm in Stockholm. We have travelled a lot (especially before the arrival of Elma and the pandemic), one of our travel highlights was our honeymoon in 2018 where we travelled the east cost of USA and Canada. Johan was born and raised in Sundsvall in the northern part of Sweden and after his engineering studies at Linköping University he's been working with business development in all sorts of sectors for the last 15 years. He's got a sweet tooth and loves baking so that's his plan B if things don't work out at his regular job. Josefina comes from a small town outside of Västerås and is an antiques nerd/dealer who loves Scandinavian and European modern design from the 60's and 70's. She's nurturing a dream of one day becoming a script writer for movies. Elma is in school in the Old Town of Stockholm and enjoys making her parents crazy. She's quite a dancer, loves cleaning (for real) and is very stubborn.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We bought this place as our dream house in 2013. Since then we have renovated it and brought out all the characteristics of the place that dates back to the 1700's. We can't think of a better place to live being right in the centre of Södermalm on Götgatan and still being very quiet, like our own oasis in the midst of the buzz with restaurants, bars, shopping and cafés.
