Hot tub, gourmet kitchen/gas grill/fire pit and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Visit nearby Mckinney Square for top restaurants/bars, shops or local wineries!

All parts of the home are accessible with the exception of one linen closet.

Dear Guests,

Please find below some helpful info regarding our home.

NO PARTY policy.
The max number of guests on the property or in the house is 15 including all of the guests on the reservations.

Please do not feed horses or go into the pasture. Horses are privately owned and can kick or bite without warning.


Fireworks are strictly prohibited. They terrify the horses. They run in fright and break through fences, injure themselves and escape. Fireworks have caught the pasture on fire as well.


Please do not touch the pool equipment. If there is an issue (i.e. filter, timer, vacuum etc) please call the owner. Taking the vacuum out of the pool causes the motor to run dry and burn out.
