The location you cannot beat. It's within walking distance of almost everything. Plenty of parking is available, too. I was also able to bring my dogs, and the entire stay was well worth it. I would recommend this house to everyone.

Just returned home from a 3 night stay. We loved this home. It’s a beautiful home with large bedrooms and an en suite bathroom for each bedroom. Staying with 2 friends was perfect as we each had our own space. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to multiple shops and restaurants. The free off street parking was a huge bonus as well. Check in was easy and the checkout list was very minimal and easy. If we ever return to Eureka Springs we will definitely choose this place again.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was great. Clean. Tons of character. Host was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and the comfy living room. Off street parking was great and a necessity. All in all, it was a great stay! These things didn’t mar our stay in the least, but could be helpful to others who might want to stay there. It is an old (albeit very lovely renovated house) so the stairs were creaky. If you have multiple couples, whoever sleeps in the downstairs bedroom may need to be an early riser or bring earplugs. Also, you may want to bring your own plastic wrap or Ziploc bags, if you need them, as there is nothing to wrap leftovers in. There were also only 2 trash bags provided for the main trash can, which wasn’t quite enough for our 4 night stay.

The home is gorgeous! Beautifully restored, well appointed, clean and close to everything in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with our friends. Our host responded quickly any time we reached out and check in was seamless. Really appreciated the parking and loved the front porch! Would definitely return and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful old home. Great kitchen and comfortable beds. Will stay here again. Close to shopping and our favorite mojo vinyl. My daughter and I do a yearly Eureka Springs trip so we’ll definitely would stay here again.
