Welcome to The Modern Cactus, where contemporary meets comfortable! Located in sunny South Scottsdale. This three bedroom gem is tucked away on a quiet Scottsdale street, a quick 5 min uber into the bustling Old Town Scottsdale scene, Mill Ave., and ASU, 12 min to Sky Harbor Airport and near many local attractions. As you enter this light-filled home you will love the open floorplan, remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and new stainless appliances and minimalist furniture design. Plus, the primary bedroom has access to the beautiful patio/yard with bocce ball, putting green and dining table! Both bathrooms are upgraded w/designer finishes and custom, modern tile.

The home has everything to make you feel at home—speedy 1GB WiFi, large flat screen TV (with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels), washer and dryer, well-equipped full kitchen and tableware.

We had an awesome stay at The Modern Cactus! The house is bright, clean, and super comfortable with a great kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is a nice spot to hang out. The whole place has an amazing vibe, felt safe, and the beds were really comfortable.The location is perfect: close to Old Town Scottsdale and the airport. Plenty of local spots to explore. The WiFi was amazing, which made working remote super easy. I move around a lot for work, and this property truly felt like home, which made me happy and relaxed while getting my stuff done. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, I really enjoyed this one. We’d definitely book again!!

Great location!

We were visiting family and from the valley. We were so close to Talking Stick to entertain the kids, and to Chandler where our family lives. Straight shot from the 101 to anywhere.

Lovely Scottsdale home!

This was a great stay and so clean! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice private yard with bocce ball and patio table and chairs outside. Remodeled kitchen and living area. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer in unit was nice as well. Hope to return again next time I'm in town!

Comfortable & Convenient

The house is in a tidy residential neighborhood and convenient to local attractions. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools, cleaning products, and some snacks to get us started. The putting/bocce green got lots of use along with some board games. The beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. The shower door in the primary bathroom has a gap at the bottom of the door which resulted in flooding the bathroom floor. We used the shower in the second bedroom for the rest of our stay. Not a big inconvenience, but the water pressure wasn't as good. The rug in the living room could be refreshed. The floor in the main living area was clean but had a sticky residue on it from whatever cleaning product was used. We mopped it with water and problem resolved. We definitely recommend this property. Great for family visits.
