About this space
Lovely one bedroom apartment that was recently renovated in the heart of downtown Bakersfield. The apartment offers AT&T highspeed fiber internet. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 70" Samsung smart TV. The living room has a 70" Samsung smart TV, pull out couch (queen bed), with complimentary Netflix. The apartment comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. A large size backyard for guest to enjoy the BBQ and patio. Animal friendly!!!

Hi, my name is Jeff and I was born and raised here in Bakersfield. I work full time as a Geologist and enjoy spending my time off work riding my bike, hiking on trails up in the canyon, and hanging out with my Golden Retriever Luke. My goal is for all of my guests to have a wonderful time while visiting whether thats for pleasure or for work. I'm always available to answer questions, give suggestions, or for anything else my guests need.

I chose to purchase a home in Westchester because it's one of Bakersfield's most iconic neighborhoods. The house is located a short distance from restuarants/bars, event centers, and the bike path. You are able to walk to most places or grab a short lyft/uber, or get a bird scooter.

The property was built in 1914! But, it has been renovated so you get the appearance of a home thats over 100 years old but the amenities of a modern house.
