    Air filters

    The house was clean. The air filters were way too dirty. We remove the one downstairs and replace the one upstairs, the trash cans were full maggots on the ground. Lots of flies. We were a little upset that in the neighborhood where we were that seven out of 10 houses were boarded up with hazard signs on the doors about unsafe property. It did not give us a feeling of security. The house next-door on our second day there moved in a big dumpster which we couldn’t park in the driveway because they were throwing debris in it and that one on our last two days there.

    Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the issues you encountered that were out of my control. As I stated in our messages the trash man comes on Thursday and you checked in on Tuesday - I can’t control when they come or what develops in the trash until they come. I didn’t know they were starting construction on the home next door. If so I would have requested that the move the dumpster. I also offered to replace the filter when you made me aware of them, but you declined. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience - but I do hope you enjoyed your stay.
