With a smart tv, smart home speaker, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, enjoy modern amenities in a tiny space.

Please be aware this tiny home is in the backyard of a larger house, however a 6 foot privacy fence separates the two. There is only parking available for ONE car.

- To access the home, you will need to walk down a gravel path (see photos). This may be cumbersome for people with heavy bags. Please ensure this listing will fit your needs before booking.

- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

- Trash and recycle will need to be taken to the curb on SUNDAYS. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please DO NOT place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.

- Pets require an additional $40 fee. There is a $140 fine for bringing an unannounced pet.

- This home shares a driveway with a main home on a separate lot. Please only park on the gravel pad, NOT the paved driveway.
