Pool passes are very difficult to replace, so there is a $300 charge if these passes are not returned to the kitchen counter before checkout.
Our property is booked back-to-back and our cleaning system is a carefully orchestrated process. Checkout is 10:00am and the overstay fee is $100.
No cancellation, refund, or rescheduling due to weather or inability to access property. Guest may be required to shovel driveway/walkways.

A great weekend!

The communication was excellent before and during the stay - they checked in and followed up with us. The property had everything we needed for a great weekend. A quick 2 minute drive to the Wintergreen restaurants and small store.

Girls trip!

This property was great for a weekend girls trip! We had a group of 13 and it comfortably accommodated us all! It was also a great location to the 151 Brew trail and the house had everything we needed. The only thing was the driveway was a little tight for a large vehicle.

A wonderful find!

We really really enjoyed our stay here. All but one of the bathrooms are updated and they are VERY nice. The deck was my personal favorite! We enjoyed the hot tub too. We didn't have little ones but I noticed there was a pack and play and a high chair. The towels were really nice as well as the bedding. I didn't find the master bed super comfortable but it wasn't terrible. Pillows weren't the greatest. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but we didn't do a lot of cooking. Nice knives, cookware and glassware. New stove/oven. There were lots of options for watching TV but the main living TV probably needs to be replaced. We had a very difficult time with it. The grounds were so restful and dense with trees. The manager was very kind and responsive and I would recommend the place to others visiting. If they updated the bed and kept up with some minor things I would return again. I DO recommend bringing ALL your groceries. There is no where to get groceries other than very limited and very expensive places in the area!!!
