Unit has Central A/C, Wi-Fi, Granite Floors, (1) 55'in Roku TV in the Living Room, and matching 32'in Roku TVs in the bedrooms ready for you to log into your favorite Apps. Outside patio seating/smoking area, back yard, and (1) car gated off-street parking.
