The property overlooks Pease Park, one of Austin's oldest public park.

Large 55" TVs in the living room area and both bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms, king size beds and walk in closets in both bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are in unit. 1 Gig internet service and utilities included.
