Welcome to our spacious lakeside retreat on Beaver Lake! Located on the shoreline, this stunning property offers an unforgettable getaway experience. Enjoy the surrounding nature on our two large patios with lake views or walk the short path directly to the water. Our home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 14 guests. With two large living spaces; including a pool table, wet bar, and smart TVs, everyone can relax and unwind in style!

The Space:
This homey and secluded Beaver Lake home is the ultimate lake getaway for your crew! Sit back and enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air and Beaver Lake.

Inside, the house offers a spacious main living room with large windows framing stunning vistas of Beaver Lake. Kick back and relax with plenty of seating options and a 65-inch smart TV for entertainment. For additional recreation, head to the game room, complete with a pool table, wet bar, and another 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. Share the meals in our dining space that seats 6 people, or in the game room with another table for 4.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of our 7 beds. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed surrounded by large windows, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom that boasts a large soaking tub. Our second bedroom is on the main floor and has a Queen bed and nearby bathroom. Our third bedroom is also on the main floor and has a Queen bed and nearby bathroom. Downstairs you'll find our fourth bedroom that can sleep 6 guests with a Queen bed, and a Queen sized bunk bed. In the game room, our seventh bed is a Queen sized pull out couch.

Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity- its proximity to the picturesque shore of Beaver Lake, just a short walk away! Guests will have access to a canoe and 2 kayaks to explore the tranquil waters at their leisure. Take in the breathtaking views from the two lake-facing patios, where you'll find an outdoor charcoal grill, a dining table, and comfortable lounge seating. Perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or simply unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Do not use the nearby docks. They are private property and not available for guest use.
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
