The Space:
Nestled within the picturesque community of Emerald Lakes, our charming cabin offers an array of wonderful amenities provided by the Emerald Lakes Association. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to outdoor and indoor pools, a basketball court, tennis court, three serene lakes with boat ramps, and a welcoming community center. Please note that a nominal fee allows you to enjoy these fantastic facilities, payable directly at the community center (cost per badge for amenities are $20 per day, $30 for 3 days, $50 for 7 days per person (2 years and older)).

>> Living Room
Step into our thoughtfully designed living space, where the main living room beckons with its inviting open layout - perfect for both memorable gatherings with loved ones and cherished moments of togetherness. Our elegant dining table comfortably seats six, setting the stage for delightful shared meals and laughter-filled conversations.

>> Kitchen
The kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped to cater to your every need. From the modern fridge, microwave, and full stove/oven, to the convenient coffee maker and basic kitchen utensils and cookware, we have everything you require to whip up delicious meals and create lasting memories around the dining table. We also offer the luxury of 6-stage filtered water from the kitchen sink, ensuring your drinking and cooking needs are met with utmost care.

>> Sunroom
One of our most beloved spaces is the sunroom, an oasis of relaxation with two large love chairs. Here, you can savor tranquil moments while gazing out at the enchanting forest, where friendly deer occasionally pause to say hello. It's a true testament to the beauty of nature that surrounds us.

>> Deck and Backyard
Step out onto the deck, where a cozy hammock awaits, beckoning you to curl up with your favorite book and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the surrounding wilderness. And as the sun sets, unleash your inner adventurer and gather around the large firepit, relishing the magic of crackling flames under the starlit sky. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, we provide an extra hammock in the game room, perfect for setting up under the gentle sway of the trees. As you start each day at the Green Utopia, don't miss the chance to enjoy breakfast at our charming picnic table, relishing the refreshing morning breeze unless it's raining – then you can always cozy up indoors.

>> Bedrooms
When it's time to retreat and rest, our two bedrooms upstairs beckon with comfort and serenity. Each room features a plush queen bed and a private air conditioner, ensuring you have a blissful night's sleep. A small bathroom conveniently adjoins the bedrooms, offering ease and comfort.

>> Master Bedroom
For those seeking a touch of seclusion and additional amenities, our master bedroom downstairs awaits. With a private entrance to the backyard and a dedicated work space, this room is perfect for guests seeking both relaxation and productivity. During warmer months, the cooling fan keeps the room refreshingly pleasant.

>> Master Bathroom
The master bathroom is a true sanctuary, reminiscent of a spa-like haven. Picture yourself unwinding in the indulgent bathtub or enjoying a refreshing walk-in shower, all while marveling at the serene views of the backyard firepit. It's a space where you can truly pamper yourself and revel in pure relaxation.

In the game room, you'll find a delightful gathering spot for both children and adults alike. Enjoy bonding over board games at the large table with six chairs, or unwind on the comfortable bed-convertible sofa while watching your favorite shows on the 50" TV. For added convenience, the washer/dryer is thoughtfully placed in this space, making it easy to take care of your laundry needs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to all of the property except one locked storage/linen closet inside and two locked sheds outside.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours after 11pm

No fireworks within the community

No glitter allowed (inside or outside)

If using the outside water hose, please shut off immediately

No candles inside of property

Please do not trespass on neighbor properties

There are 4 outside security cameras. One on each corner of the house. 1) Front Door Driveway, 2) Front door Left 3) Back by Fire Pit, 4) Left by Grill

Registration of one main vehicle and the guest's information is required. This includes their name and the number of vehicles they will be bringing. We will contact you via text using the number provided on this platform to register guests and provide necessary check-in information.

Cost per badges if you wish to use the amenities are as follows: $20 per one day, $30 for 3 days, $50 for 7 days per person 2 years of age or older. Under 2 is free. Badges are required with use of any community amenities. The badges can be purchased directly at the community center.

Children 2 and under do not count for the 6 person occupancy.

Outdoor spotlights/string lights automatically turn on at the sunset and turn off at the sunrise.
