Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the forest and stroll down the scenic trail to the lake—a perfect way to spend summer days. As you sit in the morning with your coffee or an evening drink, you'll have the opportunity to watch deer and turkey through the large, beautiful windows or while relaxing on the deck. Nestled within eleven acres of private nature reserve, peace and privacy come standard. You can fish from the dock or enjoy swimming off the swim platform, creating lasting memories during your stay.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed: one private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while an open bedroom area offers a king bed in the living space. If you enjoy watching TV from bed, there’s a 52-inch TV in the living area for viewing from the sofa or the king bed. Wake up to the sun peeking through the trees and enjoy coffee on the deck as you watch the plentiful wildlife go about their morning routines. Prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, then take a hike down to the waterfront where you can fish, relax on the dock, or swim from the platform.

Nearby attractions include the Bagnell Dam Strip, Backwater Jack’s, Dog Days, Willmore Lodge, and Lake of the Ozarks State Park. The central Lake Ozark location offers a peaceful respite on the water or close proximity to golf, while still being just minutes away from shopping and activities in Osage Beach. With no more toll bridge, guests can take advantage of lower nightly rates on the Sunrise Beach side compared to the Osage Beach side, and it’s only a 15-minute drive to Osage Beach.

If you use the table umbrella, we kindly ask that you lower it after each use. Strong winds can lift the umbrella and potentially cause damage to the windows. Thank you for helping us keep the property safe.

The walk from the shome to the waterfront is approximately 700 feet along a pathway. All guests can choose to walk, but please note the terrain is a bit rugged and may have tree debris or limbs to go over or around. As of March 1, 2026, the pathway is no longer suitable for vehicles—walking is required to reach the dock area.

Parking is plentiful, including trailer parking that’s excellent for fishermen who want to park their boats inside the garage with access to electricity.
