Spend your days by the Stunning pool relaxing and grilling, dining outside, and hanging by the firepit. It is centrally located in South Tampa -- close to everything!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tampa close to everything.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
