But just as close are the cultural gems of Sarasota, like the Sarasota Opera House, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries, museums, and great local dining.
For sports lovers, especially baseball fans, it's also just a short hop to spring training games, with Ed Smith Stadium—home of the Baltimore Orioles' spring training—right nearby.

The original 100-year-old hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, and huge windows fill the space with warmth and natural light. The open floor plan makes it perfect for hosting family and friends, and the mosaic tile front porch is one-of-a-kind—it’s always the first thing people compliment.
Living in Laurel Park has been a dream. We’re just minutes from Sarasota’s beaches, restaurants, art galleries, and even spring training baseball. Whether we’re walking to downtown or relaxing under the trees in the backyard, it truly feels like home here.
