Welcome to Pelican View a newly renovated (2023) beach condo. This home is perfect for active families and features a large deck to enjoy meals and listen to the waves, 2 ample bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and full-sized washer and dryer. You can rest easy on organic cotton sheets, all-cotton bedding, and comfortable non-toxic mattresses. We care so much about your family & have carefully chosen non-toxic & fragrance-free cleaning products and soaps.👍
~Sheets (organic and super soft), towels (GOTS certified, organic cotton), and beach towels (all cotton) are provided. Cleaning products are non-toxic and fragrance-free---we love essential oils (EOs). Bring your own Eos and use our diffuser. 🌼
~In addition to your comfort, we also care about your safety. We utilize video doorbell at the entrance of the front deck, while the condo & decks are private, relaxing, and have great views.

~The flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor are for active families as there is no elevator. 💪
~There is also a trail around Carolina Lake (directly across the street) that is perfect for skateboarding, biking, walking and running. The ecosystem around the freshwater lake is fascinating and perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers alike. A special treat is to take a walk at night as the lake will transform into a bug/frog concert. 🐸
~The entrance to the beach access is directly across the street, so you are just a few steps to get your toes in the sand. Thankfully it's so close, you won't break your arms carrying stuff to the beach. Don't worry, we have comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, & a cooler so you don't need to bring so much stuff on vacation!🏝
~There are bike racks under the condo community so you are welcome to bring your bikes! 🚲
~The beach access is less than 100 feet away, and the lake, restaurants, coffee shops and boardwalk within easy walking distance (not to mention farmers market, live music and even outdoor movie nights), it's impossible to find a better location on a quiet one-way street.
~You and your family can stroll Carolina Beach boardwalk (2 blocks away) where you can shop, eat, and enjoy the ocean views.
~No pets are allowed, but we can recommend some great boarding on the island where you can still visit and love on your fur baby!🚫
