Storybook Farmhouse Estate

Welcome to Troubadour Farm in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. There's magic around every corner of this charming historic estate. Perfect for groups of all kinds, the farm features two full primary suites with additional room for up to 16 guests. Relax in the indoor pool, hot tub or sauna. Kids will love the covered outdoor play arena and cozy attic play space. The back deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the view of the expansive property. Upscale farm living at its best!

Perfectly located on a sunny four acres on the top of Hollywood Hill, Troubadour Farm offers parking for up to eight vehicles. The main entry is through a garden courtyard in the front of the house. The main level features three distinct living areas with two dining areas. The first primary suite is located at the ground floor level for easy access. Kitchen & office are also on the main level. The second floor features the second primary suite along with three additional bedrooms. The first additional bedroom has a full bed and bunk beds. The second has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, with a pull out trundle bed. The third has a queen bed. Additional full bath on 2nd level serves these three bedrooms. The 3rd floor is the large attic space with a queen bed, bunk beds a half bath and plenty of toys! Back on ground level, the garage doubles as a game room with treadmill, rowing machine & weight set. The pool is off the main living area and includes the hot tub. Then there is the amazing yard and fields to play in and explore!

A BBQ is provided for guest use. Instructions on pool use are in the house manual. The sauna is located in the lower level guest suite bathroom.

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at the Troubador Farmhouse for our family reunion. The house and property were just wonderful! We had a lot of space to spread out so we weren’t on top of each other (we have a large family) and everything we would possible need was available to us. The house even has a wonderful ground floor bedroom for a family member who couldn’t navigate the stairs. The pool was perfect for the kids, the deck and outdoor seating area just great for evening dinners and the yard and play area gave us lots of options (they even have yard games for our entertainment). Really, every detail well thought out. Brett was so responsive to any inquiries we had and so helpful. We will be staying at the Troubador Farmhouse in the future!

We had a family celebration with adult kids and grandkids. The house is awesome. Well stocked with lots of toys and play area. Very secure for young kids. We cooked there every night and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this one.

The pool was a huge hit with the kids-lots of toys, googles, and vest to use. Although the spa (hot tub without jets, I guess :) is on the smaller side, it gets hot enough to ease aches and pains. The property was set up well for our large extended family. It has plenty of bathrooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The sauna was a nice addition for the older adults or, as my daughter called us, “the over 30 crowd.” We gather in the PNW often because many of us live there and will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse. There was plenty of room to spread out and also to gather. We hosted a family birthday/xmas dinner and we could easily entertain with the well-stocked kitchen. We will absolutely book it again when we are in the area.

Beautiful space! Had a great time being together with our family. The pool was a hit with everyone! Loved how secluded it felt. Also the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook! Would definitely recommend this to everyone

Great venue for a group retreat

The property was as advertised and more. It is a great location and a beautiful area in Woodinville. The property was very well cared for and comfortable for a group of 8 for an executive retreat.

Beautiful Home

Took our family here for a little staycation. The hone is Beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved the pool. Will be coming back for another stay some day.

This place was wonderful! Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our bridal party during our wedding weekend. The place was amazing and Brett was a fantastic host. They were very responsive and always checked in to make sure things were going well. They made accommodations for us to check in early and allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner here. We had an absolutely amazing time. I am sure we will look for a chance to come back to this beautiful VRBO.

Fantastic place! Incredibly well equipped for your every need! We were in town for our son’s wedding with extended family and this was the perfect place. Great location! Great amenities! Great communications with Brett!!! We had the ladies all get ready for the wedding with hair and makeup being done and pre wedding photos with the couple. PERFECT!! We would highly recommend this property!!

Family Thanksgiving

We all enjoyed this spacious home celebrating a wonderful weekend. Having planned a full Thanksgiving menu, the kitchen was perfect in providing ample space and accommodating appliances. There are numerous amenities with this property of which all are excellent.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The home is very clean and extremely well done. The property is perfect for young children. We really appreciated the eco friendly cleaning products & soap. Everything about this place is great. We would love to come back someday. Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely rent it again. There was enough space for everyone and everyone commented how wonderful it was. Gorgeous grounds to just sit and relax in. The host was very attentive and helped us with any issues quickly and efficiently. Brett also worked with us and was open to all of our requests! Overall lovely and would probably be even better with kids 🙂

Sweet 16 Birthday Party

My daughter invited 8 of her friends to stay for the weekend. The house is amazing, beautiful setting, very well-equipped. The pool was a huge hit. The host, Rex, was great to work with - very communicative and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful, memorable experience.
