only complaint is i think the fees for cleaning is way too high especially when they tell us we have to clean up kitchen before we leave or we would be charged for it

Outdoor facilities are great. View from unit is the best. The unit housekeeping is bad. Condition of furniture is bad. There's no regular cable TV and only the living roomTV worked. The Unit needs an entire make over/refresh.The view from the balcony is the only reason to rent.

Absolutely amazing property! The condo was huge, clean, fabulous, was more than we hoped for! We loved how close we were to everything, especially pools, beach, tiki bar, restaurants. Hilton allowed us tonuse their amentities. Was a wonderful time. We will be back. Host was very responsive.

Amazing View

The property was exactly as described. The condo has an amazing view! We only wished we were able to stay longer! We love coming to Myrtle Beach and will definitely rebook!

Accommodations were comfortable providing plenty of room, very nice bathrooms with walkin showers, and well furnished kitchen. The ocean view was spectacular and the condo was extreemly quiet.

I always stay at Royal Palms when I come to Myrtle Beach. Tha bedroom furniture was dusty and I did do as email said when I put box back but today for some reason, I could open box, so I left both keys on the kitchen counter Top

Large condo but note only 1 Pool

Overall we enjoyed the condo. It is large, has a great view, and is in a good location. The beds were fairly comfortable and having two full bathrooms is great.Please note, however, that you will not have access to the two nice Hilton pools (one of which is pictured); only the small (not heated) Royale Palms pool that is pictured.Additionally, the place is fairly outdated and in slightly degraded condition. Some of the tiles are loose, several doors didn't shut easily (I fixed several of them, hinge screws were loose), the dryer handle is missing, and the living room furniture is not comfortable.BUT, overall it is still a nice place and in a nice location and I can deal with the slightly degraded condition because the place met our needs. Having access to the Hilton pools, however, woulda been really nice!!

Needs an update

The location and view of this condo is amazing. However, it is in need of updating and painting. We were very disappointed to see the condition of the dirty carpet and furniture. The place needed a dusting as well. The walls were in need of painting. The overall place needed cleaning and refreshing.There were no complimentary products except soap and a dishwasher pod. It was a great location and has great potential. It just needs some love.

Overall not bad

The location and size of condo was great. Instructions were clear. Kitchen was nice and loved having a Keurig. However the condo was in need of some major tlc. Showers had mildew Furniture was worn and in some places raveling Windows were so dirty you could hardly see the ocean view. The outside balcony while having wonderful views needed new furniture. The chairs were filthy and table was rusted out. Its such a lovely place not sure why someone would just let it go like that.

Nice weekend!

Resort is beautiful, we love to stay here! Condo needs updating and deep cleaning compared to others in the same building. Love the oceanfront view and lower floor number.

Nice Place but Could Use Some Updates

Overall, it was a great condo, but it's been used, and it shows. Walls are covered with black marks and the paint on the outside table is peeling on the legs. It was clean, but little details were missed (like baseboards with dust/rot in corners). Not enough attention has been given to maintaining the condo.

Very Deceptive

I wanted to get this review out earlier to warm people. Our hotel stay ended up going ok. We had a really rough check in, after plane delay we were tired and did not want to spend almost 2 hours figuring this out. We never received an email with check in instructions. However, once we got on the line with the owner he was able to walk us through the check in. What was our biggest concern is that technically you can not use the pools your hotel room overlooks. Hs sites does not mention this and once we got in the room it even had a paper that said please leave wrist bands for the next guests to enjoy the pool. When I texted the owner to tell him there were no wrist bands, the said the hotel stopped letting the condos use the pools. I was furious that he did not have this included in his listing. When confronted he said it did not say anywhere that you had use of the pools. I’m sorry when you book at a resort that has pools you expect to be able to use them unless otherwise noted. And he was dishonest. We later found out it was not the resort that stopped letting the condos use the pools, he was one of the few owners who chose not to pay the pool condo fee, which is why his appeared to be cheaper. You get what you pay for. If you have this booked please beware that you will not be able to use the pools and try to rebook with someone who pays their fees so you can enjoys all the beautiful pools and hot tubs!

Overall, the property is great. The view is amazing. Very spacious. We have stayed here the past 2 years. This year, we found a pair of obviously dirty underwear, a shirt and towel in a drawer. There was a delay in communication when I initially inquired about adding a day onto my stay.
