Great location and the perfect trip

Was an easy check in and a great experience overall!! Great views and clean and sleek. Had everything we needed. The elevator was a huge benefit for my elderly mother, we all can’t wait to come back

2025 Summer Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting different homes for the past 8 years. We love Surf City and the Island Life it brings. This has been our favorite house to date. It fit our 9 member family perfectly. Close to the beach and downtown. Furnished perfecty.

Nice house with great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the pros: The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Elevator was a nice touch carrying heavy luggage and groceries. Enjoyed the large decks on the front of the house with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfortable and loved having a ceiling fan in very room. Location was perfect to the beach and restaurants. Cons: Constriction behind the house made it difficult to sleep. Extremely loud daily starting at 7am. We were not able to enjoy the back decks or the fenced in yard due to the noise occurring all day every day during our stay. Would have been nice to know about this prior to booking this property. Outdoor shower was a nice touch however our smaller dog got out of the fenced yard because the bottom of the shower is open and he easily got out. Do not leave pets unattended back there for safety reasons. The backyard was beautiful. It was a shame we couldn’t use it.

This lovely beach property was everything we had hoped for and more. The management was responsive to our questions and they sent little reminders when trash needed to be taken out. We found this to be very helpful. We are hopeful we can come next summer.Thanks to all responsible parties.

Elevator and bedroom on same floor as living area was a plus for elderly parent. Easy walk to beach access, pier, and local restaurants/shops!
