Welcome to the hottest neighborhood in Charlotte and the perfect place from which to explore it. Convenient to everything SouthEnd, this 2 bedroom home has everything you need. Spacious (and fully stocked) kitchen, large screen TV, 2 King beds and a Queen convertible sofa, full washer and dryer and much much more. Enjoy the HOT TUB year round.

This is a historic home in Dilworth. It is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the listing photos—however, it is not a new or recently renovated property.

The owner was very good with communication and the property location was great. Beds are very comfortable.However, the property is definitely in need of some maintenance. There are no covers over the air vents, there is a hold on the wall where a door knob hit it and the dryer knob is broken off.With some attention to these repairs, it could be a great little house.

Nice location with great access to lots of restaurants, bars, and breweries. Host was responsive and house worked for a short trip. Hot tub was a nice added feature.

Cute place. Conveniently located. This older model house isn’t much to look at from the outside, but once you step over the threshold, you’ll find a welcoming, clean and well-appointed home. There’s a nice sized kitchen, comfortable beds and all the little conveniences that one may need when away from home. The host replies quickly and we are thankful they allowed just a one-night stay while passing through town. Would recommend for a cozy stay nearby the city and airport.

Great stay

The property was quiet and in a great location. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable for me and my family. The hot tub was enjoyable and backyard was bigger than I expected. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Had a great time!
