All areas of the home and fully fenced in yard are accessible to guests. Only the shed is off-limits.
Other things to note:
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 25, per local laws. The host will verify government-issued ID and request the first and last name of all guests.

Street parking is free but number of vehicles is limited by local law per number of guests.

We are currently unable to provide bed sheets and towels due to our housekeeping partner's Covid-19 protocols. We apologize for any inconvenience. Soap, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, basic cleaning supplies are all provided for guests.
