Beautiful condo located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Harbor Cove III. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool and tennis courts (seasonal). Nearly one mile of private Lake Michigan shoreline offers opportunities for beach fun, leisurely walks, and front row seats for breathtaking sunsets. Located in the heart of all things Northern Michigan, you’ll be just a short bike ride from downtown Harbor Springs, golf, and ski resorts with Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob just minutes away.
The space
You'll have plenty of room to rest and relax in this newly renovate open concept 1,850 sqf condo. The highlight is the dream kitchen that includes commercial grade appliances and a large island to gather around. The cozy living room with fireplace is a great spot to unwind after skiing or a long day at the beach. Two water heaters assure you'll have plenty of hot water! The large outdoor deck surrounded by woods and nature is the place to be to enjoy the northern Michigan days and nights. Lots of great hiking trails just out your backdoor! The clubhouse and indoor pool with sauna & hot tub are temporarily closed.
Guest access
Parking: There is one numbered spot directly in front of the unit (112) and one available across the street. Only two parking passes are issued and will be left in the unit. Please place a pass in your windshield. If you have more than two vehicles, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the third vehicle. Vehicles must display a parking permit. After a second warning, the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense. A $250 charge for any pass not returned.

Amenity Access: All persons over 14 must have a Harbor Cove Amenities Pass available to be presented to Security or a Manager's employee upon request. The amenities pass will allow you access to the pools, tennis courts, and beach. Hold the amenity pass near and dear to your heart because there is a $250 charge for any missing pass.
