Nice Location
Stayed here for three days while on vacation with two friends. The townhouse is in a very nice location and with the exception of some wear on the carpeted areas, is in very nice condition. The only two issues we had were with the garbage requirements and the maintenance being done on the unit. In the listing it does state that you will be required to separate your garbage and recycling, however it does not advise you until you book that you will be required to take the recycling down to the recycling collection containers in town. This should be brought to your intention before booking in the event you have no way of taking the recycling to the off site location This is unusual and inconvenient, especially if you have no way of transporting this recycling. Also, the last day of our stay we were woken up at 8am by a painting crew who were repainting the exterior of the townhouse, this lasted until 6pm that day. During this time the painting crew was painting the rear deck and we were unable to utilize it. Again, once booked it stated in the rental agreement that summer maintanance on the townhouse may be an issue but working on the unit from 8am to 6pm, not being able to utilize the back deck and the crew playing music outside of the windows was a little more annoying then should be expected. Other than these concerns the unit is nice and and in a nice location.
