The Cooper Park Carriage House is set behind the main house and has been tastefully renovated to provide modern comforts in the most convenient location ~ the very HEART of downtown Cooperstown. The Baseball Hall of Fame is visible from your window! This is the closest you can get to all that downtown Cooperstown has to offer ~ restaurants, shops, parks, golf, churches, and the beautiful Otsego Lake where you may choose from a number of local boat rental providers to enjoy a leisure day on the water, if desired.

Two queen bedrooms share one full bath and a lovely open space with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. Bedrooms have AC window units. The living room sofa opens to a queen sleeper providing space for up to 6 guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

A lot behind the main house provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Stairs are required to access the Carriage House.

Enjoy live music all summer long by the lake. Walk to all downtown attractions. Enjoy the comfort of an exceptional space at an historic Cooperstown property.

5 miles to Dreams Park, 35 minutes to All-Star Village.
