Your Holiday 4BR House with Spa and Mountain Views near Sundance Resort

Escape to the forests of the Wasatch mountains in this piece of paradise, with expansive patio and balcony areas to enjoy the views. Sundance Resort posted about this unit being their most nicely appointed home. Located less than a mile away from its restaurants, hikes, mountain biking, spa, art studio and shops. It is the perfect choice for a family and friends getaway, business meeting or outdoor enthusiast. The studio downstairs is also available for rent if you wanted extra room.


The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools.

4 bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen bed, 2 full beds and one twin bed with luxury linens. Master bedroom opens to the patio with seating area and propane fire pit. 3 full bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and toilet paper.
Pack'n Play with baby mattress and sheets can be found in the closet, as well as a high chair.

Outdoor area includes picnic table, grill, propane fire pit surrounded by chairs and lounging chairs. Relax after a long day in the outdoors, with the Sundance Aspen Spa - 800 Series. This spa truly has the best of everything, including patented Fluidix jets and illuminated grab bars. The therapy seat delivers a deep immersion massage experience.

Free parking, up to 3 cars plus one for the studio. Max occupancy is 7 adults. No more than 9 total occupancy including children.

The resort hosts many events through the year as well as live music at the bar.
Only 15 minutes from Provo/Orem.

Gorgeous mountain home

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Sundance. The location was perfect and really close to the resort. The house was beautiful with huge windows so you could really enjoy the views. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. We will for sure return the next time we’re in town.

Coziest place ever!!

Was amazing!! Easy, clean, stocked, comfy beds, amazing sitting by fire and TV every night with the family in the living room. Just such a great place. Communication with mgt was amazing! Coming back home here away from everything made the trip!! Booking for next year soon!!

Amazing property!

We had an awesome time at this house. It was everything that we could have asked for. The host was very attentive and communicated with us throughout our stay. It was such a beautiful, clean house and the location is close to anything you want to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Great little retreat

Went for a work conference. This was a wonderful location, the atmosphere was open and the house so pretty and inviting. The house was clean and organized. I was so impressed at the luxury comforts available.

Great Sundance Cabin

This is a fantastic cabin. It is very close to the resort. There is a trail to Stewart fails just a few yards away. The check in and out process was very easy. The property management was quick to respond to requests and very accommodating. It was clean and very roomy. The surroundings are beautiful. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Mother’s Day weekend

This cabin was perfect! Close to everything and the views were spectacular. Great communication when I had questions and needed troubleshooting for items. Gas fire pit, hot tub and everything ready to go. My family enjoyed every square inch of this place! We would love to come back and hope to in the near future. The Andersons Franklin, TN

Sundance

We stayed at this beautiful house in Sundance for my son’s wedding celebration, and it was the perfect setting. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the house felt like a peaceful retreat with its cozy design and spacious outdoor spaces. However, there was some construction going on around the resort, which was a bit distracting at times. Despite that, the house itself was clean, comfortable, and close to all the activities at Sundance Resort. Overall, it was a wonderful place for our family gathering, with just a bit of frustration from the nearby construction.

The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy fireplace where you can unwind after a day on the slopes to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen where you can whip up culinary delights to share with friends and family. With ample bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own private retreat while still being part of the group experience. Outside, the beauty of nature surrounds you, with easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding right at your doorstep. Whether you're hitting the slopes or simply taking in the serene landscape from the hot tub, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Beautiful house in a stunning location, poorly managed. The home was lovely and close to the resort and trails. The bad: overall was very clean, however a dozen dead wasps near various doors and windows. These could’ve been easily cleaned up - makes you wonder the last time someone was actually in the house… The listing itself was unclear regarding the studio. My impression was that it was available if needed, not that a second party all together would be staying there. That part was a surprise. Also gives you the impression that all the outdoor spaces are private, but turns out they are not. Clear communication in a listing goes a long way. Finally, the indoor fireplace was broken. After speaking with management, they indicated that the prior guest mentioned it was broken too… a maintenance man came out but was unable to fix it. If you know there’s an unsolved problem impacting your next guest, why not be up front about it? Knock a couple dollars off? I’m saddened we didn’t have a 10/10 experience at a house that had so much potential.
