Dog friendly! 2 DOG MAXIMUM - $40 per night pet fee (not per dog) plus deposit. This is a 100% NON-SMOKING property - inside and out (no tobacco, vape or marijuana). Close to everything, just off the Peak to Peak Hwy 119 but it feels secluded. Eldora ski resort is only 20 minutes away. Enjoy time on the deck around the fire table and cook your favorite meals on the grill. Snowshoe, mountain bike or hike at one of the many nearby trails or State Parks. Great river fishing spots in nearby Rollinsville or Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Nederland is just 7 miles away where you can get groceries, dine, shop and enjoy pizza, ice cream or cocktails. Historic Gambling towns, Black Hawk and Central City are less than 20 minutes away in the other direction. Loveland, Summit County, Boulder, Idaho Springs and Estes Park are also very close. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the cozy living room to watch a movie on the large flat screen Smart TV, play games or read a book. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs. Plenty of parking. Free WIFI. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. This property is not ideal for children under 10. *WIFI and Streaming services can be spotty and slow due to mountain internet services. If you plan to bring a dog(s) be sure to select the Pet option when you inquire so that it will include the daily fee. There is no washer/dryer onsite but there are nearby laundromats. All wheel drive or 4x4 is recommended during the winter months because driveway is long and plows may be delayed.
