This spacious retreat features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a luxurious King bed and a private ensuite, and the other a King bedroom with its own private bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space and comfort. Enjoy super-soft sheets and down comforters for a restful night's sleep. The spacious living area is designed to feel like home, boasting a beautiful full kitchen, convenient laundry, and a huge family room perfect for relaxing or gathering. Whether you’re here for a family get-together, visiting the area, or looking for a cozy escape, this space has it all. Plus, you’re close to everything—restaurants, shopping, BYU, UVU, Sundance, and more. And yes—waffles are provided for breakfast—seriously!"

What drew me to the property was the retro lookof the apartment and of course, the lure of the waffles. The host gave excellent instructions/directions and was available at a moments notice. The place was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and even had the waffle mix and waffle maker available for use. I’ve never felt so “at home” as I did in this place. I would definitely recommend those place to family and friends.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and just love it. It is fully stocked, quiet, VERY spacious, and as cozy as can be. Be aware that there are dogs on the adjacent property that bark quite a bit through the fencing. Ours thank goodness don't bark back but I could see it being a bit of an issue if you have reactive dogs.

Everything about this place is great… The location, the quiet neighborhood, the spacious, stylish and wonderfully clean home and the hospitality of the host. We were visiting with our two large pups and, while the backyard is not enclosed, it is plenty of room for well-behaved dogs. There are also two parks within walking distance for bigger leg stretches and some playtime. The house also came equipped with all of the cooking / kitchen essentials. Just an all around great experience... We'll be back!

My daughter didn't get into housing when she attended track and field camp at BYU, so we needed a close place to stay to get her back and forth each day. Overall this was a nice place.Pros:The inside space was large and clean.The kitchen is well stocked. My girls loved the play kitchen!It was fun to have games provided in the home.For my family, with many young children that don't travel well, the bedroom set up with a king and bunk beds was perfect! We could all be on the same room which gave my kids a sense of security. I loved having a washer and dryer.The close proximity to BYU and many food options was exactly what we needed.The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Cons:You cannot control the air, so for us it got pretty warm.We were never able to get the living room TV to work.You are in a basement unit. It was pretty quiet most of the time, but there were some noises in the middle of the night loud enough to wake up my kids.The outdoor space is VERY minimal.The landlord did send detailed instructions on getting into the home. However, when we arrived the signage in the yard was confusing. When I contacted the landlord for help, she was frustrated with me, and assumed that I had not read the instructions. I did, but after a very long day of travel with young children, I was frazzled and needed some help. I'm sure she was busy and it was inconvenient to help me, but our communications that first day soured the trip for me.

I was not frustrated at all - just confused why you were on the LEFT side of our home where the instructions clearly state the entrance is on the RIGHT side of our home. When I asked you if you were on the RIGHt side of our home, you said by the grass sign - which is also on the LEFT side of our home. I''m sorry that your reading the very detailed instructions incorrectly the soured your entire trip. I wasn't frustrated - but even after correcting you twice you still kept telling me landmarks that were on the LEFT side of our home. Hosts send detailed instructions to the guests for this very reason - future guests - it is super easy, the entrance is on the RIGHT side of our home, down the sidewalk that is lined with solar lights just like the instructions state.
