This property was easy to get to and close to the freeway. The neighborhood was nice, never had any problems. It is close to UNV and we could easily hear the football game happening, but it was a joyful noise and it quieted down at a reasonable hour. If I had anything to nitpick about, it would be that kitchen seating area was not the most comfortable and did not invite you to stay for a long period of time, but we were older and our bodies are older. The beds are small but comfortable. My 6’3” husband ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed was too soft for him, but that’s all about preference. The host was very responsive and provided all the detail we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was friendly and easy to work with, extremely responsive, and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions. The kitchen was the best equipped we've encountered. We had easy access to I80 to take us to the mountains. Raleys and Walmart were a 10-15 minute car ride away. Highly recommend

The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The house was immaculate and well equipped with a cozy vibe. Our whole family felt like it was our "home away from home". The location was perfect for our daughter's graduation from UNR. We have already recommended this place to others and will definetely plan to stay again when we return to Reno.
