Nice layout. Great beds. Good breakfast.But need to replace or clean dirty very stained carpets throughout unit.

Underwhelming

Plus: Front desk staff was very accommodating and responsive. Cost was reasonable to accommodate five people. Beds were comfortable. Delta: Unit had significant wear and tear including ripped sofa (wood frame and foam lining exposed) and tears on other furniture, duct tape on the carpet, very stain carpet, garbage disposal is broken, repairs on broken things novice level, immediate exterior outside the unit very dirty including food stains and bird feces. I have pictures if anyone's interested.

Nice location and layout but deferred maintenance needed

We stayed at this property in Flagstaff over the 4th of July weekend and really enjoyed the overall layout with 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The living room area was nice and the location was terrific! The kitchen was functional but only barely had enough plates, cups, and utensils for one sitting. There was no dish rack or dish detergent so we had to go to the Walmart to be able to have dishes for each meal. The frying pan was old and scratched so we had to buy one at the Walmart to use during our stay. There was some deferred maintenance needed as the carpets were old and showed stains, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Overall, the location and the layout made it worth the booking.
