OneFineStay, Full Kitchen, W/D. A lovely Condo~

Welcome to OneFineStay in the heart of Fairfield Bay. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish condo. Our newly renovated and refurnished studio condo is a perfect choice for your getaway. It has been outfitted with a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, New bed & linens and everything we could think of to make your stay perfect. Our 2 fav restaurants within walking distance. Town Center is blocks away. ATV/UTV’s are welcome in FFB w/trailer parking onsite. 92 mi’s of trails to explore.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly at OneFineStay, but we have a few rules. Please keep your pets on a leash at ALL times when you are outside of the condo. The Condo Assoc states no Pit Bulls allowed. There is a $30 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We'd like to continue to accept our fur babies as guests, if we can keep damage to our condo a non-issue. Please do your part.
Also, please understand we are located in the prettiest of places. You will wake to a view of the forest that will be wonderful each morning. While OneFineStay has never had an issue with bugs inside or condo, it may happen. Please don’t ask us to refund your stay if a bug comes in. We take great precautions that they don’t feel welcome. And we will continue to do so.
Also, the internet in this property is steady and strong. We pay the bill religiously!
If weather or some other activity or unforeseen event happens and there is a lapse in internet, know again, we won’t consider that a cause for a refund.
