Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads.

We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12.

Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house.

Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom.

Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department.

We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Location was great! The house was beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a stay. The hosts added some personal touches that were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Beautiful place with plenty of antique charm, right at the heart of downtown Gettysburg. The amenities are modern in terms of comfort and technology, but the period decor is faithfully preserved and maintained. The hosts are extremely nice.

The refrigerator was stocked with water, the coffee bar was amazing and there were fresh baked for us cookies on arrival! Parking was easy and the location was perfect.

Staying at Pete & Tina’s truly felt like being in a home away from home. My family and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay—it was clear how much thought they put into the experience, from the incredibly warm welcome to all the thoughtful 'special touches' throughout the house. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location couldn't be better with the town square just a short walk away. If you’re planning a group trip to Gettysburg, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

This is the nicest house we’ve rented through VRBO and our second time at this property. The property is spotless and so cozy and accommodating. Also the perfect location to get around Gettysburg. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions that may come up. I highly recommend for a stay in Gettysburg

Thank you Pete and Tina for such a warm welcome. The homemade pumpkin scones were an hit and the recipe would be appreciated; same for the brownie cookies! Our second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. The host is easy to communicate with and has few “rules” to abide by. The one we like best is to sit back and relax! We look forward to our next stay!

This place was beautiful. The pastries and welcome card that were left when we first walked in was a nice touch. Everything was clean and there was a nice binder with information on what was close and available. What we really loved was that it was in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. We definitely are planning on staying again in the future.

This place was immaculate! Perfectly situated close to town and accommodated all of us wonderfully. My parents who were in their 80s enjoyed the first floor. It had everything they needed as well. Definitely would recommend this place if visiting Gettysburg. Pete and Tina were wonderful hosts.

This was the best VRBO my family has ever stayed at! By far! Correct depiction of four private queen bedrooms! Perfect parking in parking garage right behind the property. With access in the back of the house, very convenient and accessible. The Codori’s did not skimp on supplies. From coffee and teas, to bottled water and Perrier! To soaps and shampoo! And home baked cookies and scones! Like I said, we have stayed at about 20 houses through the last 10 years, this was the G.O.A.T!

This house was a fabulous fit for 3 couples to stay! The house is also way cozier than the pictures show! There were fresh baked pastries waiting for us! Ice in the freezer, stocked coffee bar, and plenty of all the essentials! We were just a block or so from Gettysburg town square where there were shops and restaurants! 2 free parking spots right out our steps! Prompt response every time from our hosts! I highly recommend this home! We were close to so many beautiful areas! The Battlefield, the museum, the Amish country! We had the best trip!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. It had everything we needed and even extras! The homemade cookies and scones were a great welcome and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. It was also nice to have the linens provided and the bathrooms were also well stocked. The beds were super comfortable which is an added bonus when you’re away from home. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Gettysburg. Thank you so much for making our family weekend so enjoyable.

Gettysburg Vacation

We had an excellent stay in Gettysburg. The property met our needs very well and it worked well for the diverse group we had. The property was very clean. It was a nice after a day of site seeing and fun events to come back to the house and relax and cook a meal. The children could play and the older adults could unwind while supper was prepared. Having the child friendly dishes was a bonus. The property was everything we could hope for when we booked the reservation.

Wonderful!

This was one of the best houses we've stayed at. Everything we needed was there and then some. The rooms were beautiful and the house was immaculate. You really had the feel of being hosted by family rather than someone out to make money.

Perfection

The Codori property was perfect for our stay in Gettysburg. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone and extra spaces to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We really enjoyed the complimentary scones and muffins that greeted us and all of the historical books spread around the house. Highly recommend!

Amazing and perfect!

Absolutely great host, first and foremost! We had a great stay and felt welcome from the start. Location is perfect walking distance to everything except the south most part of the battlefield. Book it!

Tina is a 6th generation Gettysburgian. Her great, great, great grandfather was Nicholas Codori who lived in Gettysburg at the time of the civil war. Pete is retired and Tina is a Registered Nurse who live in Gettysburg. They are the parents to 6 children and have 4 grandchildren! They opened this vacation rental to share their wonderful town with others.
