Seaside Beach House #102 located at 102 68th Street in Holmes Beach is a direct Gulf front complex with a heated pool at beachside. It's one of the nicest complexes on Anna Maria Island. This "hidden away" property is located on a quiet side street in the northern end of Holmes Beach. The beach stretches for miles either way you look!

This recently updated one bedroom, one and one half bath condo sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a tub and shower in the bathroom.

There is a 50" television in the living room and a 32" television in the bedroom.

Seaside Beach House #102 has balcony facing the beach, on site laundry room and every conceivable unit amenity to make your stay there a pleasure including a Pack-N-Play and high chair for the little ones.

Seaside Beach House is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to one vehicle-Condo not suitable for electric vehicles or golf carts

Not pet friendly

Was an excellent place to stay. Will stay there again if back to Anna Maria. Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Condo was large. Kitchen was updated.. Very nice balcony. No complaints..

Lovely location with beautiful views of the sunset.

We had a delightful week, enjoying walks on the beach and eating at the nearby restaurants. This location is a very short drive to several nature preserves. The place was quite roomy with lots of seating. We had family stop by for lunch and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Excellent little Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and I️ Very neat and clean and great view. The only thing I️ would say about the view is that when sitting at the table, on the balcony, it is a somewhat blocked by the high hedges around the pool, Also, when we arrived the internet/modem was not working, and management was very responsive in getting it fixed.

Beach vacation

Over all it was clean but the carpets needed shampooing. The blinds did not always work. We were surprised when ask to leave for a morning so the unit could be shown by a realtor. We left two notes, one stating the positives and one listing the things needing repairs. A maintenance man was there as we left and he took the notes. There appears to be some black mold around the bathtub. The pool, beach and views were the highlights.

Great View, Good Location, BUT -- and it's a big one.

We spent February in this unit & there are many things to like: on the beach with great views of the gulf; good location on the island; updated, well-stocked kitchen; nice dining & family room furniture; & a very responsive property management team. However, there were two major negatives: the bathroom & the carpet which is in the bedroom, dining & family rooms. In the bathroom the baseboard trim is rotted by the tub, the vinyl floor has black stains & the sub-floor is spongy, leading us to believe it is rotting from water leakage which creates a mold concern. These issues & an exterior water leak brought three different maintenance people out to inspect; we never heard any results. The carpet is worn & dirty. The pad in the bedroom is bunched up. We would not want young children to crawl on this carpet. We wore shoes the whole time. The owners are nice & asked us about staying again next year; we appreciated the offer but said we would only be interested if they took care of these issues. If we had known the condition of the bathroom & carpet, we would not have rented this year. The term “partially updated” is a better description. Did these things ruin our time on AMI? No. We loved it, as always. However, we will only return here if the bathroom is updated & the carpet is replaced.

Reviewer Comments: The first problem was, having paid the deposit, finding that a fee of 3% was payable for payment by debit/credit card. Morally & ethically wrong & utterly iniquitous! Such a fee has never been imposed over the previous 20 years. This is how everybody pays in the UK.Secondly, having entered the apartment, left to go shopping & returned to find the combination lock on the entrance door would not work. We were stuck on the outside with shopping, including frozen food.fortunately I knew the location of your office, which was still open, and you had a key. BUT, this was an issue that you had previously been aware of!Thirdly on the first day we could not have a bath because the plug was faulty. Two of the lights were not working.Darryl had to come & sort matters out, confirming the issue with the door lock.Your staff were always very pleasant & helpful, particularly with early access on arrival, and a later departure time due to our late flight time.We knew we were paying a lot for the accommodation, but anticipated that the standard of accommodation would match the price. Sadly it did not - no doubt a reflection of the very substantial increase in the cost of accommodation since our last visit. The price of food and clothing is also astronomic, being somewhere between 3 & 4 time higher than the UK! Ah well....

But even tho the staff of „Vacation Rentals“ probably had their own problems (Sara at 9pm) they moved us for 3 days into a really nice flat right at the beach. I wanted to stay in and cook just so I could have the view of the ocean. Our condo was updated in warm & inviting colors & decor. We loved EVERYTHING about it! There was even a closet of miscellaneous items one might like from kite flying to flash lights for night time beach walks. We had an AMAZING TIME!!! And will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: We were located right on the beach - exactly where we wanted to be.The condo left a lot to be desired. Although the decor was nice the condo itself needs maintenance and cleaning. A couple of unfortunate events happened during our stay - on our first full day there, a waterline broke and, later in the week, the power was shut off. IVP agents were very prompt getting something done to correct both incidents, but both did require us to waste some of our vacation time on that very lovely island.
