Cozy Suite in New Duplex located in Downtown Bandera

This cozy, newly constructed suite is located off Cypress Street, one block from Main Street, the Bandera City Park and just down the hill from the 11th Street Cowboy Bar as part of a duplex. Accommodating two adult guests (more upon request/approval), amenities include: one queen-sized bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, pod coffee maker and a flat screen TV with smart features - no cable at this time. All linens, coffee/condiments and kitchenware are provided. Watch the deer frolic in the the backyard as you sit around the firepit, or dance on the front porch to the live music floating from 11th Street Cowboy bar. Pets are welcome for $35.00 per stay, but please notify us during the time of reservation otherwise additional charges will apply. Rooms are non-smoking only.

Wonderful and clean and well appointed

We were excited to stay so close to walking downtown to shop, eat and enjoy live music. Home was perfect for us and Candace was a gracious host.

Cute cabin

Cabin was clean and well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Walking distance from all the places we visited. Parking was good, outdoor sitting area was awesome. Quiet neighborhood. We have already rebooked cabin for our next visit.

Great location!! We really enjoyed staying at this property. The property was extremely clean and within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and bars. The check in and check out directions were very clear. The owners checked to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.. we will be back!

More than expected.

We enjoyed our first time staying at this property. Everything was very clean and modern. Ac was very quiet and the lighting was excellent. The appliances were all new and in perfect order. We will definitely stay here again.
