Nice pool

Pool was excellent ! Not to crazy about the outdoor furniture. The table is rusted out and a bunch of chairs sitting around but not usable because they had no cushions. Couple of small issues were handled very quickly by the host !We had no access to the garage and there were only 3 closets and 2 of them were stuffed full of pillows sheets and blankets and hardly usable.

Week Stay

When we arrived at the property the check in process was easy. Once getting in we went to turn the air down and there was a lock box on thermostat. Upon reading the check in and out rules in the home it was listed the air was set to 73 and could not be changed. When renting this house this not listed anywhere in the property details had it been we would have chose not to rent. I rented many VRBO's this is the first time I have been restricted as to what the air can be set on. I did email the owner and ask if the air could be turned to at least 70 and was told not without addtional cbarges. I would say if this is how you are going to run the property it should listed in the property details so people are aware up front. The other issues we has was there was aint bat stations down where our child could get them we have a 1 year old. We had to pick them all up out of his reacb. Also the house keeping could use some improvements there was hair on the shower walls the floors needed sweeping and mopping. The neighborhood was extremely nice. The house itself is gorgeous.

Beautiful Villa

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. The host had added cute holiday decor which we appreciated. Unfortunately the pool heat stopped working a few days before we were leaving. The host responded immediately saying they would send someone to have a look. She then offered a partial refund when it was clear the problem was not going to be fixed before our departure. We loved the villa and it's location. The pool area is a little overlooked but that didn't stop us from enjoying it (whilst it was warm).

Quite enjoyable

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home was just perfect for a family of 5 vacation! Bedrooms were clean with comfy mattresses - bathroom between the rooms - perfect for 3 teens - hallway closet had lots of linen and towels. Sitting room with TV wall mounted had 2 couches - tight for 2 adults & 3 teens but still comfortable - additional couch in living room joins with diningroom - large table that fits 6. Kitchen’s a great size with closet that contains full size newer washer & dryer; stove, fridge & microwave - all in working condition - has coffee maker - a fairly small one - filter style - plenty of plates and utensils. Only downfall - pots & pans - we cooked a lot instead of eating out - available ones desperately need replacing due to previous renters destroying - regardless, we made it work for our meals. Fully functional garage is just off the kitchen. Pool deck nice size (no hot tub) was a wonderful way to end our day after long days at the parks. Table with umbrella & chairs along with some additional seating areas - the cushions need some loving care / replacement - didn’t really affect us - we spent all our time in the pool. There was also a BBQ - a smaller portable camping type one. Had issue with fridge & owner had maintenance on site immediately which was awesome!!! Communication with owner was constantly flowing. Overall: home in excellent condition - it was clean - the AC was kept at a perfect setting!! I would definitely book this home again in the future!
