This place is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for my family. Easy checkin process and everything was just as listed. Had a minor maintenance issue and was able to make contact immediately and the issue was resolved within the hour. We can not wait to plan our next stay. Thanks so much for such a beautiful space.

A professional and friendly service. From my first inquiry about the property to checking out, I had no problems. I stayed with my family (ages range from 80-11 years old) for 9 nights and I had no issues. The neighborhood was clean, friendly and quiet. The house was pool was clean and well maintained. Our hostess Catherine made everything peaceful and enjoyable.This was absolutely one of the best experiences since using VRBO.

Perfect for us

We are pretty low maintenance people and we’re here to only soak up the sun! The pool area was perfect and the house was very clean. Only ding was the Highway noise which you could hear at night as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect setup for a family.

It felt like an extension of our own home. I would highly recommend it for a family. We have teens and an 8 yr old, and everyone had their own space. It fit us perfectly, and if we ever return to Orlando, we would rent this home again!

Not too happy with pool area. It was not cleaned prior to us arriving, infested with spiders &web on patio furniture every morning Pool was cleaned on 3rd day but not 100% there was residue at the bottom. House overall was comfortable.

Family vacation

Overall very nice. I didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We also ran out of kitchen garbage sacks. The rest of our stay was good.

Family Vacation

Property was nice; however, the location is a bit isolated and Hart corner is very difficult to exit. The first night was very warm but the property manager came by and changed the filter which made it a bit better. I must mentioned that the owners thought about everything because there were fans in the closets. Fixtures needs a little dusting, bed head in master bedroom is cracked. Roaches are in the garage but there was a roach repellent/spray. The pool was lovely. Even though I have pointed out a few things I must say that the house is beautiful.

Excellent all round and helpful management company.

Property had everything we needed for our stay and we all enjoyed our time here. Everything was very clean and maintained. Management company were very helpful and quick to resolve the 1 problem we had when we were here and no hassle at all. Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house looked just like the pictures. It was about half an hour drive to attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, and Discovery Cove. My kids loved the pool in the back. Catherine was nice enough to leave out 3 swimming noodles for our 3 children. We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Upon arrival we notice that the house was located at a fenced community which I thought was great since it made made us feel safe. The location, space and cleanliness of the house meet expectations. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Nice Property

We stayed the month of January and the weather was great .The home looks just like the pictures. Allow extra time to get to your destination because the traffic is horrible this time of year. Sitting by the pool was great.

Week At Davenport

They house was very spacious and clean. We paid for the pool to be warmed and that was definitely a great investment. Pull up to a minor problem, contacted the host and she was very informative and prompt!! I enjoyed the piece and quiet of the neighborhood. Also, gate security was very welcoming.. I would recommend this space to anyone. Beautiful stay!!

Great Family Vacation

Our family was visiting Disney and other parks. It was a great location with grocery store nearby. The community is gated and secure. The home was comfortable and clean. Our family was a group of 7 and everyone slept comfortably. Handicap accessible. The pool is well maintained. Very happy with our stay and would return again.

Great House

This is a great house for a family. Very clean and well appointed. We had one issue and it was immediately dealt with by the property management. Gated community with a good grocery store close by. A little ways away from shopping and attractions however easy enough to commute to with a car. Would definitely stay again.
