"VIEW" Apartment on a newly built attic floor of an old, historical house located in the new pedestrian area "New Tiflis" of old city. "New Tiflis" is included in all tourist routes of the old city. A 5 minute walk is the cultural center"Fabrika".The pedestrian area is full of cafes and restaurants, various small antique shops. A big park and flea market are a 5-minute walk away.
