*** Home & Property Note Nestled within a picturesque 130-acre farm, this home offers a peaceful and private retreat. To ensure a comfortable stay, professional pest control services treat the interior and exterior every two months. However, during peak seasons, you may still encounter ladybugs or stink bugs inside the home. Naturally, the outdoor environment sees fluctuations in insect activity throughout the year, which remains beyond our control. Many guests describe this secluded property as magical, embracing the beauty of nature—though, as much as we might wish otherwise, nature ultimately decides its course.
*** Pool Note - The weather in upstate NY can be quite unpredictable, and we do have a service that maintains the pool weekly, ensuring it is clean and that the chemical levels are properly balanced but unfortunately, the continuous rain we've experienced can disrupt the chemical balance. We do supply a pool Dolphin that can be used. Given that the low temperatures at times (even overnight dipping in the 40s and 50s) and it is a 40,000 gallon pool, we will not be heating the pool when it is open in fear of draining the propane tanks if not watched closely.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. This includes the private pool, garden/backyard, and free parking on the premises. The finished basement, main family room and front of main house are also accessible.

Guests can also enjoy walking and biking on the property. Walmart delivery is available for added convenience.

Enjoy full access to the property, including the lake and boats, which are shared amenities. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises.
