This property is close to shopping, dining, medical and wonderful hiking trails. The bedrooms are updated and one bathroom includes a garden tub and shower, Gorgeous outdoor space and a well kept and updated interiors with comfortable beds and linens. The patio has an electric fireplace which is visible from the comfortable living/dining area. Well stocked kitchen with granite and all of the amenities . Courtyard entry and very private patio with lovely views and occasional wildlife sightings.

Our VRBO stay at El Conquistador was an absolutely fantastic experience during February and March 2026. I had booked the locality in early 2025 after a random search looking for an Oro Valley VRBO for "winter" 26 and noticed the advertisement. I immediately thought the VRBO was "too good" to be true. Not so! The resort home was as advertised but only better. We arrived a day early and Sarah/ Douglas were able to allow early access (amazing).. The condo was spic and span clean and was amazing well stocked with supplies and well furnished with furniture, etc. It was like moving into a new, furnished home complete with a full wine refrig (replace what you use) and food staples. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the sheets on the king bed were new and of a high thread count. A second bedroom with a full bath was available for guests. My favorite locality was the backyard patio complete with a wide range of outdoor furniture. I spent mornings in an easy chair with my fresh coffee (Keurig coffee maker provided) catching the warm rays and listening to the calls of cardinal and quail. During the days numerous birds showed up to sample the flowers and fruits including Rivoli's, Broad Tailed, and Ruby Throated Hummingbirds, and a Hooded Oriole just arrived from Mexico. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of plants surrounding the patio and the Queen and Mexican Fan Palms provided a tropical ambiance. Bobcats and Javelinas strolled around the yard in the evenings. Great

Peaceful and Private!

The property felt like home, so well appointed! The back patio was so great to relax in, enjoy our lunch and dinner with complete privacy. The owners were very responsive and gracious to any question we had! And the location was so convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.

Awesome home

I absolutely loved this home. I stayed for 2 months and it was perfect. The patio was my favorite and I couldn’t get enough of the view. The location is wonderful in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were responsive and accommodating. I will be back next winter.

Beautiful home in Oro Valley

This was one of the best rental properties we have had and we do a lot of travel. This was a beautifully furnished and comfortable home. With a lovely back yard and patio. There must be an Artist in the family because there were many lovely pieces of art that filled the house, which we really appreciate. It is located in a beautiful community and close to stores, restaurants and a theater. Our host was very responsive when we needed some help with something and was available if we needed him. Would definitely recommend.
