Pretty House - Needs TLC
The house is very nice and on a pretty lot, not too far from local attractions. The living areas, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were cleaned when we arrived. However, the place needs some TLC - dirty carpet at the entrance into the living room, doors and doorways need cleaning or a good coat of paint. There was noticeable damage from pets scratching up wood on the hardwood floors, deck areas and doors. The decks and outdoor chairs were in need of a good cleaning. The vanity drawers in the bathrooms were not clean, as well as some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets. The window sills and screen tracks were very dirty. Some of the rooms had poor/dim lighting.
On a positive note, the property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay..
