in our cozy cabin located in the secluded Blue Mountain area of Front Royal. Sunrise Chaser offers four seasons of fun in a beautiful setting just 12 miles from the main entrance of Shenandoah National Park and 10 miles from downtown Front Royal. Our home is a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom cabin with a queen size sleeping sofa in living room on a large private property with views for miles. Newly updated, we’re dog friendly (subject to a fee), close to trails, public boat launch, wineries, breweries, and golf. There’s something for everyone at Sunrise Chaser!

Great trip with mothers

This was a charming little cabin to stay in! A friend and I wanted to treat our elderly mothers (ages 83 & 95), both of whom have mobility issues, to a weekend in the mountains. I contacted the hostess to assure that all accommodations were on the same floor and she got right back to me. The view was lovely as advertised and the place was fully furnished with linens and kitchen accessories (coffee and snacks greeted us!) Looking forward to another trip with other friends when we can stay longer and take advantage of the decks and firepit outside.

Great little cabin in the woods

My husband, sister and I went to visit Virginia wineries and stayed in this lovely, cozy (ie small) cabin in the woods. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in several VRBO's in the past, and never had I seen so many little personal touches everywhere! The only negative thing I can even say is that the living room furniture is in dire need of an update.

Nice getaway

Comfortable, clean home with thoughtful accommodations. Host was very pleasant and responded promptly to questions. Being from a less hilly region, I was a little nervous on the twisty, unpaved mountain roads, but it was a nice getaway.
