Either you are coming for business or pleasure, the peaceful sound of the ocean will be the highlight of your stay. We have created a space that accommodates your needs. Kitchen is equipped with all essentials. Both bedrooms have ocean views. Study area has a desk perfect to keep up with zoom business meetings.

Great place

Excellent location, property as pictured, great hosts. There’s currently construction next door so it was a little loud but that’s also true for half of Lima haha.

The Very Best of Lima

This place is a must stay for any and everyone when visiting Lima, Perú. I can’t say enough great things about the view in ever room. Comfortable beds, hot showers, a kitchen with everything, cute dinning area, very nice living space with small balcony. They also offer garage parking…..amazing. It’s great location that’s walkable to everything with city bike just across the street! The location is great with city bike

Great place and great location

We loved being in this cozy and very nice apartment. People in the building was very courteous and helpful . Gonzalo was great communicating with us and an excellent host . The views as always were breathtaking. We will be back here

3 weeks at this Duplex

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at this duplex in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. Some positives… The sea views and sunsets are fantastic, there was good stable hot water and the shower was spacious, the internet was reliable, the doormen at the entrance made us feel safe, the door locking system takes time to get used to but works, the kitchen is well stocked, the dishwasher and washer dryer are old but reliable and a bonus. The terrace is tiny and cozy. Some areas needing consideration… The extractor fan in the shower needs to be replaced, the stairs did not feel stable and the bar at the top is not attached to the wall, the dining and living room really need roller blinds to provide shade to the blistering sun after midday, the bathrooms doors do not close properly as the middle hinges are all missing, the gas hob wasn’t clean and the oven and attachments are rusty. Not under the control of the owners…. The cleaning staff let them down, the place wasn’t clean when we arrived. We experienced a small flood caused by a neighbour on the top floor emptying their washing machine onto the balcony, but the owners kindly refunded us for the inconvenience. There are unfortunately unattended noisy dogs left alone to bark all day and the park gets busy with barking dogs first thing in the morning and evening. Aside from a few observations that need to be resolved, we really enjoyed our time here at the Duplex.
