Newly renovated, this charming apartment is close to several healthcare facilities, and a short drive to many central Ohio attractions. The area is rich in hiking/biking trails, breweries, restaurants, and so much history!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished as a flex-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make yourself at home. Enjoy a quiet evening on the private back patio area! Unit is well-appointed!

Owners are all about communication! If you need anything, just call!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and just 10 minutes from the north and south ends of Zanesville. Easy access to I70, quick 30 minute drive to Newark, and 45 minutes to Columbus.

Gravel off-street parking lot, with space directly in front of unit.

650 sq ft of comfortable living space. And, an additional patio for outdoor enjoyment

All guests are required to sign a lease agreement prior to arriving. Pets limited to 1 dog, breed restricted. We do not accept any other animals. $250 non-refundable pet application fee, $40/month non-refundable pet fee. guests are required to sign pet policy agreement prior to arriving.

I stayed at this unit during a Nursing Traveling contract in Zanesville. Note that should there be a modification to your contract the property owner/ VRBO will not adjust your rent as others usually do (Furniture Finders). Genesis Hospital is actually 20 minutes away from this unit and there is no on-site laundry facilities (I found the laundromats located in town to be mediocre at best). Of note, the host did not communicate in a consistent manner throughout my stay. I would choose to live closer to the hospital if I returned to Zanesville.

Thank you for taking care of our unit. To your comments, it is clearly stated in our description that there are no laundry services on site. The drive is dependent on route travelled and traffic. On an average day, travel is 10-15 minutes to the hospital. In regard to our cancellation policy, we make very clear that there are no refunds after a reservation starts, and in fact, I did offer a refund on your early departure if I was able to fill with another party. This was impossible with such short notice, and especially during the holiday week. I also spoke directly with you about this, twice. You texted me again asking for a refund the last week, and as I had already addressed the issue, giving the same answer was unnecessary. As a reminder, you were given a credit for your delayed arrival. We work to be very clear in our unit description, and our policies are well-defined on all booking platforms. VRBO’s cancellation policy is also very clear. We wish you the best in your travels.
