The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Fenney Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, a fire pit, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends including a large walk-in pantry. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen size sleeper sofa, to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a Roman-style walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private enclosed lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This small dog friendly home comes complete and includes Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
