Knox, this beautiful, modern bungalow boasts 3 BR, 1 BA, lots of natural light, and a separate den in the basement featuring soft leather furniture, a flat screen TV, and a dart board. Fire up the grill for dinner on the outdoor dining set, and enjoy the large greenspace bordered by a bubbling creek. Catch up on work at the dedicated workspace in the oversized basement bedroom.
