We really had a great time. Beautiful area for riding our motorcycles. We had a couple of rainy days so we stayed at the house and cooked some delicious food. The house was well equipped with dishes, pans & basic needs for evening meals and ride planning. We all had a great time and are looking forward to visiting again.

Berkshire getaway with pet

A quaint and quiet rental in great proximity to the many adventurous activities/sights in the Berkshires - hiking/walking trails, Tanglewood concerts, restaurants, golfing and more. The pet-friendly accommodations was key to including our dog on our getaway.

Great getaway stay

Home is in a great location. Close to Brava (our favorite restaurant in Lenox) and downtown village of West Stockbridge. Wifi was good, was able to work from there. Good value for the money.

Excellent Visit

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. It was comfortable and well equipped with kitchenware The cabin is close to Stockbridge and the Norman Rockwell museum. Communication with owner was excellent. We also enjoyed West Stockbridge, particularly the sculpture garden. Highly recommended.

This condo is the perfect location and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. If there is a problem with anything, she has a property manager on call. She was available and answered messages promptly.

Wonderful

This was a Christmas holiday and the condo was so snug!! We got to hang our stockings on the hooks by the fireplace and we just loved being here! Carmen was an amazing host and I recommend staying here as it is remote and beautiful!!

It's a lovely space with a very nice hostess

We stayed two days and it is nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to make coffee and toast in before we began our day. We hit a few hitches and Carmen was easy to reach and very responsive which we appreciated. Not all stays can be perfect, but it's nice to know that she was just a text or phone call away. The Berkshires is one of our favorite places, and the weather cannot be predicted, but Carmen did her best to help us enjoy it.

Ideal location for privacy and proximity to Tanglewood venue

We went for a concert and enjoyed it. Clean, bright, peaceful environment, and very close to the Tanglewood property (easy access). Highly responsive owner/manager. Also quick access to a beautiful lake and the Lennox downtown area which includes great restaurant venues.

Cozy and Comfortable for quick getaway

We are a family of 5 plus 2 dogs spending two nights in the Berkshires to get some skiing in. Carmen’s property was perfect for us - cozy, warm, comfortable. Easy access to our favorite restaurants in Lenox as well as Ski Butternut. We will return! The O’Grady Family

Short Visit

Could use some work and updating on the outside. Inside was updated, neat and clean. Unfortunately, the ceiling leaked which means there’s some work to be done on the inside. Enjoyed the quietness of the property.

This accommodation is in an excellent location for a very good price. It's clean, well-maintained, and communication with the owner (Carmen) was timely and useful. My questions (posed using text messages) were answered immediately! That said, the furniture is pretty minimal - comfortable couch & beds, but only a small dining room / kitchen table, with uncomfortable high-backed chairs, so essentially there is no 'work space' for even one person to sit with their laptop and do some work, much less two people to do that. The kitchen counter space is very limited. Similarly, the bathroom has only a basic sink. While (again) clean and well-maintained, there's no counter space to lay out cleaning items, hair and tooth brushes, beauty products, etc In summary - if you're looking for a 'home base' for exploration of the beautiful towns and mountains of the Berkshires, including Tanglewood, this place is a great deal. But if you want to hang out indoors, maybe do a little work at a comfortable desk space, or prepare something other than basic meals, you might feel a little 'hemmed in' here.

Disappointed

This place was not CHEAP. The bathroom ceiling needed to be painted there was dirt on ceiling and draws of bathroom cabinet (hair). The fridge door was pitted. Dishwasher was out of order the note was on a paper towel. The seat in living room was stained… there was only one single curtain on each window stretched out… the suspension rod in kitchen had fallen down half way… for the money I expected the place to be updated and at a minimum clean!

Nice weekend getaway

The condo is close to many nice towns to visit, the beautiful Stockbridge bowl and in a very quiet area. The condo itself is very clean and spacious, just right for two people but could work for a few more.

The house has little charm with 2 wine glasses, plastic plates, no bowls, pans are old, dark inside, no outside furniture or shrubs. - this is the Berkshires! The great outdoors!

Perfect secluded getaway close to it all

This place is wonderfully located for easy access to the best of the Berkshires. The unassuming, small building sits on its own surrounded by trees. It was lovely to open the door and step onto the huge lawn to let the dog run. The unit is just as advertised and adequate for 2 or 3 people. The owner, Carmen, was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Wonderful stay!

Our rental was exactly as described. Carmen was easy to get a hold of (there was a short detour on the way to the property), she quickly sent us a map. The property itself was clean, and perfect for our family of 5, plus our pup! It was so nice to be able to cook and wash clothes during our stay. I would highly recommend Carmen's property to anyone. We plan to visit again soon.

Great location, clean and spacious accommodations

This condo is in a great location for exploring the Berkshires. Minutes from Tanglewood, the town of Lenox, and downtown Stockbridge. Very easy communication with manager. Super clean with lots of kitchen amenities. Only negative: mattresses were uncomfortable. Would rent again.

The location of this home is close to everything. Tanglewood Music Center, and near Lenox, Great Barrington, the Norman Rockwell Museum, and Jacob's Pillow to name a few. There is a boat dock is only less than a minute drive from here to load into water for those who have a boat or kayak.
