Modern holiday apartment in Laax
From August to October 2024, the roof of the building will be renewed and construction noise must be expected.
Cozy 1.5 room apartment (32sqm) with balcony and view of the mountains. Sun from morning to evening. A bus stop is right next to the house and in a 10-minute walk you will find a grocery store and a bakery.
The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen with microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and dishwasher. Apple TV, WLAN and garage space available. To be able to ski, just a minute's walk to the bus stop and then take the free bus to the Laax valley station (10mins door to door!).
Additional information:
- Nespresso coffee machine (bring coffee capsules) & water boiler available
- Bedclothes included in cleaning fee
- Dish towel & bath towel available
- Washing machine & tumbler available in common area against a fee (CHF 2 and CHF 1)
- Non-smoking and no animals allowed
- TV content is provided via Apple TV
- Raclette & Fondue set available
- Electronic barbecue grill available
- parking is free of charge

We are living in Switzerland and in our spare time we enjoy spending time in the alps or with family. We've hosted people from all over the world and it is nice to be part of someone else's journey :-).
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
It is beautiful to be in the alps and enjoy the mountain view. At the same time, it's practically located. Access to public transport, grocery shops and the ski lift is all you need in Summer or Winter.
