Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was great! Much room for improvement. The guest bedroom fan was broken. A lightbulb was burned out in the dining room. There was a chair missing for the dining room table. There were ants in the kitchen. We had to buy ant traps even though we reported this, nothing was done. The internet did not work. We had work and needed the internet. A drawer from the refrigerator was broken.All of this was reported to the main office.

Perfect spot

The first night we got there we had some trouble with the air conditioner and the property management was fast and efficient putting us in another villa. They are kind and very nice. Within the next day and a half we were able to go back to the original place and we loved it. The location is great and the beach is very close and beautiful. We understand sometimes life gets in the way but it all about how you handle it and the property management team was great. The communication was 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach. The location is in walking distance to the restaurants. We will be back.

Other properties do this.- Please get more complete sets of glassware and plates. It's crazy that we're paying so much for so little.- The toilet in the master bedroom is broken. The water keeps running unless you jiggle the chain. We had the same problem with the same toilet last year. This needs to get addressed.

We feel in love with everything Island House has to offer. The heated pool was relaxing, and the ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed the food from the local restaurants. Reviewer Comments: Great location, accessibility, good internet speed , the unit needs an upgrade, mattress in master bedroom felt used up, old and too soft with feeling the mattress springs at every turn, upon arrival maintenance had to tighten screws on too door handles and hinges in the bathroom. The toilet was running, gasket needed to be replaced as well. Ice maker did not work.

Enjoyed ping pong, pool, and air hockey with the kids. 5 washer/dryer sets on site made laundry quick and easy.
