Outdoor amenities include a regulation size tennis court, large pool, & a luxury outdoor kitchen/dining room with a barbeque pit.
The villa has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, office, a wine cellar, an indoor sauna & jacuzzi.
Conveniently located, the Adriatic Sea is only 20km away.
The bedrooms are bright and comfortable with beautiful views of the Imotski valley. Each bedroom has its own balcony, bathroom, shower, and TV.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest amenities.
The double-height living room has a fireplace and comfortable seating.
The spacious downstairs bedroom features a wet bar and fireplace and can be easily used a recreation room.

Ivan has designed and hand-built every detail of California Dream Luxury Villa with the guest in mind. He was born and raised in Imotski and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years. Ivan offers a very distinct design for a unique experience. He loves fishing, mushroom gathering, mountain hiking and camping. Ivan has much experience as a winemaker and cook. He hopes you will enjoy his home as much as he has enjoyed building it.
