Looking for a spacious 3-bedroom with rooftop SD views and a large living room and kitchen area to enjoy the whole family in the California sunshine? A modern townhome on one of the best courts in mid-Mission Beach might be just what you need! Some of the specialties of this property include modern and sleek 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, stainless steel appliances, a BBQ grill, overhead showers, granite counter-tops, a rooftop deck, outdoor shower, attached 1-car garage, outdoor parking, and more! All floors have its own bedroom and private bathroom so everyone has ample space and leisure!

Great restaurants and stores are located right around the corner. Don't miss the great pancakes from the Mission Cafe or a nice cool beverage from Guava Beach. Enjoy the Sea World fireworks and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck back at home, after a long day of adventuring in San Diego.

Rent bicycles or walk down the boardwalk to nearby Belmont Park - an adventure park with a history, iconic rollercoaster. Stroll across the street to the Pacific Ocean and enjoy a day in one of the best San Diego beaches. A nice day trip to Sea World is 5 minutes away, the San Diego Zoo about 15 minutes away, and Legoland is fairly quick 30-minute drive up the coast.

Have a BIG family or group? There are 2 units next door to each other to accommodate up to 12 people. You can rent the entire building as a 6-bedroom / 6-bathroom residence, with a large expansive rooftop deck, ground floor patio with grills and balconies off the houses on all floors!

SLEEP ACCOMODATIONS:

Primary Bedroom (3rd floor) - King Bed

Second Bedroom (2nd floor) - Queen Bed

Third Bedroom (1st floor) - Queen Bed

3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. No pets are allowed in this home (sorry Fido!).
Six (6) person maximum occupancy.
This home has 4 levels, including the rooftop deck, above the primary suite. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking. The rooftop deck is shared/divided into halves, that services another unit.
Most large vehicles will fit in the carport and most compact cars will fit in the garage.

Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

A few Hiccups

The house was nice. Being California it is nice to open windows in good weather. But the house lacked enough fans, the 3rd floor could get very stuffy, and no fan. Making it hard to enjoy. The layout of the 3 floors was very nice. Plenty of room. Having a garage and a carport was great also. We did have problems with the A/C unit for several days (That was Addressed). Smoke Alarm was also an issue that would go off in the dead of night. Overall, the house location out weighted most things.

Clean beach house

Overall impression was great! Most importantly it was clean and updated, no mildew issues, ant issues, nothing rusted and dingy appearing etc. Loved the spaciousness of this house and access to the rooftop and nicely situated between beach and bay. Thank God this place has air-conditioning because it just gets stuffy and humid at times; coming from AZ we need AC. Fans also available in every room, definitely an added bonus. We weren't able to bring our own beach chairs so it was nice they had some available. I would definetely recommend this place.

Amazing!

My family and I have stayed in a lot of houses in mission beach. This one is by far our favorite. The house was perfect for our size family, very clean & upgraded.

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying at this house. Parking was awesome for 2 cars and the layout inside is great for more than one family traveling together. 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with plenty of space in each room. Great house!

Great location and clean!

We had a great time renting this condo as it was 3 levels with great beds. Roof top deck was handy but spent more time grilling on patio. The only negative if you want to call it a negative is unless the front tenant had their light on we spent most evenings grilling in the dark. We used light from cell phones to see the grill. But otherwise , if you don't mind stairs, this is a great place.

Spring break

We stayed in the front unit of this beautiful townhome beach house. The house is in the perfect location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants (this is a big plus as parking is hard to find). The garage is a bonus. We rented a small SUV and had no problem parking in the garage. The kids took surfing lessons and rented bikes. My husband and I used the beach chairs (that were provided) and found a nice spot on the beach to relax and read. We even saw a school of dolphins close to shore. We would rent this house again.

A Relaxing location

Perfect area: very quiet, a few steps to the bay side and a short distance to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Every bedroom having it's own bathroom was a wonderful bonus. My only item on a wish list would be a larger sectional sofa in the family area so all of us could be seated. Tina, owner/landlord, was always prompt with any of my questions. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Perfect Location!!

This house is in the perfect location, walkable to everything!! The house is on a quiet street, but just a block from the lively beach. Tina is a great owner, and was very quick to respond to all my questions. The house was spotless, and everything was very high end. The only things we didn't like was that the master bedroom is more of a loft, it doesn't have a door, and the pack 'n play was a little old. But those are such minor things, and everything else was wonderful!! She returned our security deposit the next day. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, great location, very clean!

My family was lucky enough to stay here for two weeks this summer, and we loved it! We have 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop deck was a huge hit for watching the Sea World fireworks at night. The patio is spacious and a great place to sit and enjoy the weather. Perfect location for access to beach and bay and to rental places for kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. I really liked Better Buzz Coffee. The house is VERY clean and had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, etc. Parking is great too with a garage and an additional space … almost unheard of in Mission Beach! Thank you to Tina for a great stay!

Great property/Great Vacation!

This home has a great location, just across the street from the beach, and with lots of cool businesses around to rent bikes, have a great cup of coffee, eat some world class seafood, and enjoy hand dipped ice cream. It was sparkling clean, and everything seemed brand new. There is as much privacy as you'd could possibly want with a large group in one home, as there many "living areas" in this multi-level property. The owners were fantastic to work with and the deposit was returned promptly. We had a wonderful time at the Catamaran Spa (walking distance) and had a great meal at Saska's! We use vrbo often and can tell you this was one of the Best properties we have ever had the pleasure of visiting! Thanks, Tina!

Excellent Fourth of July

This house in mission beach was perfect for my Fourth of July vacation. The owners made everything so easy and all the little details were taken care of. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have and extraordinary trip to the San Diego area.
