Great stay

Had a great stay. Had all the things you would need to have an enjoyable stay. Close to restaurants, beach is literally one block away. Had very comfortable beds and furniture. Literally felt like home. Just remember you’re close to the beach so it does have minor flaws but I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing!

A fantastic place well situated to mission beach. The house came fully stocked with everything we needed both to cook/live in the home and have fun at the beach. Walking distance to food and rentals such as bikes. We had kids ages 3-12 and everything was great. Hope to stay here again.

Mission Beach Gem

Outstanding property, 1 house away from the beach, fully equipped with great amenities. Steps away from cafés in the neighborhood. You can't ask for more in this prime location. Property manager Daniel is very friendly, accessable, and obviously takes pride in maintaining the quality of the property.

Exceeded Expectations!

We had a great time. The unit was much better than the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped - the best we've experienced in a VRBO. Walking distance to everything including Belmont Park, which was a lot of fun. Yes, parking was tight. The car's back-up camera was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

San Diego get away

This house is in a perfect location, we have a Yukon XL and were able to park along the house just fine (have everybody get out before you park, and back in so you have the space to get out the driver door). The beach is right there. Awesome roof top deck at night with rope lights. Many food options around with in walking distance. bedrooms are nice with comfortable beds.

Fantastic property!

We had a great experience here with my teenage children and their grandparents. The location is perfect with a view of the ocean and very, very short walk to the beach. The property was very comfortable, nicely decorated with all amenities for a perfect stay. The upstairs deck was a huge bonus with a very nice view of the beach and a grill and large table for outdoor dinners. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location to Beach

This location was amazing! Had chairs, boogie boards, and towels all provided. 2 houses away from the boardwalk. At the beach and forgot something? 3-4 minute walk back to the house. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, cozy and convenient

We walked in, and I immediately felt like this property would be a perfect home base for our family while staying in Mission Beach. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with spices, etc , and you will have everything you need for an afternoon on the beach (chairs/cooler/towels/toys). The rooftop patio is a lovely place to have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail and we even saw wild dolphins playing in the waves twice from up there. It is so close to everything...shops, restaurants. We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love the beach

Great place on Mission Beach

This is a very nice place with comfy beds and furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped, although small, but the overall layout worked well for six adults. The rooftop setting is quite nice. I did think the price we paid (over 1,400 per night!) was way overpriced for the property even at a high demand time.

Great stay, walk to the sand, and a view from the balcony

We enjoyed staying here. We were "second row", so we were not on the boardwalk, but the deck has an ocean view. We had the benefit of the beach just steps away. The three bedrooms were just fine and the kids loved being able to go back and forth to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great clean centrally located place!

This place was clean. It has a nice large screen TV connected to local Cabel network. The WiFi was great for four adults in the house. It’s centrally located to all activities in this area.

Enjoyable weekend at the beach!

Overall, our group had a wonderful weekend. The house was located in the PERFECT spot. A few steps to the ocean, a 20 minute walk down to Pacific Beach, great little restaurants and cafes close to the house. Also, Daniel made the check-in process very easy! There were two things we wished could've been better. 1.) The parking situation was really frustrating. It was a nightmare trying to get our standard-sized sedan into the spot associated with the unit. In-fact, the spot was so tight that we couldn't open any of our doors when the car was fully parked, so our car spent the weekend halfway into the street to ensure we could access it. 2.) The unit itself could use a little bit of TLC. There were massive rips/tears in the carpet all throughout the unit, as well as a lock on the roofdeck sliding door that didn't work. These issues of course were relatively minor. We definitely enjoyed our trip!

Best Place We've Stayed at in Mission Beach

We've vacations a number of times in San Diego and this place was by far our favorite to date. This place is in a quiet area so grandparents and elementary school- aged kids all slept well even with windows open! There was plenty of space, it is very clean, beautifully furnished, well stocked (including coffee pods, oils and spices, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards) and so close to the beach you could easily go back and forth if needed with very little effort. It included parking for two large cars and has a roof top terrace with ocean view. We will definitely seek this place out again on our next visit.

Great, as advertised

We had a wonderful stay and were so pleased that the unit turned out to be even better than advertised. Daniel the owner was great, super communicative and easy to work with. The unit is very comfortable, amazing location, and we loved that it came stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas. We will definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Great location

Our family stayed for a few days in this property and had a great time. Excellent locations, just steps to the beach. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the top balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Mission Beach 4th of July

We had a blast at this house. This place is a hidden gem. Most Mission Beach properties are run down. This place is really nice. We loved the roof top deck. Great views and lots of room to enjoy the sun. We grilled every day and enjoyed happy hour up on the deck every evening. The property owner was very and easy to work with. The home is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you could want at the beach. The location is amazing. 100 ft from the boardwalk and the beach. Our group was very happy and would absolutely rent this home again! 5 stars.

In Big Bear Lake, my Grandpa "Adolfo" built the original 1 bedroom cabin in the 1940's. Over time our family has added onto the cabin but we have always kept the master bedroom in it's original custom style. In year 2000 we remodeled the rest of the entire cabin as you see today.

Our family tree house cabin, "Dream Getaway" has been a wonderful place for our family and we hope it will be just as wonderful for your family. This is a place for reflection, serenity and your well deserved rest.

My La Quinta Hacienda "Desert Retreat" is located at the historic La Quinta 'Top of the Cove" and is next to the hiking/biking trailhead into the Santa Rosa National Monument. Modern hacienda style furniture, furnishings and artwork surround both inside and the outside patio areas with plenty of bougainvillea around courtyard with pool and spa combo.

"Desert Retreat" is a place for family and friends to take a deep breath and relax in your own compound style hacienda.

You will feel right at home in this modern rennovated Mission Beach "Oceanwaves Oceanview" beach house. Listen to the oceanwaves from both inside and outside during your stay. Beautiful surf and swim beach is 1 house away with Lifeguard Station too.

Some guest ask where to park....there is a photo of the parking spot in the property description......do not park behind the house where the garage doors are....you park in the driveway where the trash cans are located that are marked 711this will be along side of the house. Also place your trash ONLY in trash cans marked with 711.

A suggestion...good idea to unload car in alley prior to bringing in car into driveway...
